Callie Baird, MA, BCBA

Callie Baird is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the founder of Clementine Behavioral Health. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida and has extensive experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental differences in home, school, community, and clinical settings. Callie founded Clementine after recognizing a need in the Lakeland area for ABA services grounded in neurodiversity-affirming, compassionate care principles; practices she felt were often missing from the field. Callie is driven by a commitment to compassionate, ethical practice and is dedicated to ensuring that Clementine Behavioral Health consistently provides evidence-based, high quality care to every individual we serve.

Kelly Young, MA, BCBA

Kelly Young is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and graduate of the University of South Florida’s M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis program. She has experience working with children and adolescents with autism in the home, school, clinical, and community settings. Kelly’s favorite thing about being a BCBA is getting to celebrate little moments of progress that have such a big impact on a learner’s everyday life. Kelly is passionate about providing compassionate ABA services to foster meaningful differences in the lives of the families she supports.

Nillymar Quiñones, RBT

Nillymar Quiñones is the Lead RBT at Clementine Behavioral Health. She works directly with a variety of clients, prioritizing neurodiversity-affirming and compassionate care principles. Nillymar strives to meet each person's unique needs, providing individualized support that helps them grow, build skills, and make lasting, meaningful progress. In addition to her direct client work, Nillymar plays a key role in shaping the team around her by providing clinical training to staff, planning community outings that help clients apply their skills in real-world settings, and supporting various operational tasks that help keep Clementine running smoothly.
